We book about 20 weddings a year. This is what is included in the facility rental:

  1. Planning sessions initial consultation and eventual detailed scheduling session
  2. Staffing for the entire day of event set-up, parking attendants, breakdown, clean-up. help with decorating/florist also available
  3. Tables, linens, chairs, area tents all included, including linens and linen napkins. additional costs may be incurred for larger tents or stages for musicians
  4. Serviceware for rehearsal, event and reception – includes jewel-toned Fire & Light plates, fine silverware, wine and champagne glass stemware, beer and beverage glassware
  5. Rehearsal wine tasting Friday night before wedding, rehearsal and wine tasting. rehearsal dinner can be catered onsite for additional fee.
  6. Full day of event  winery grounds are used for both wedding ceremony and reception. weddings are typically at 2:00, dinner at 4:30, music and reception until 7:30 pm.

We have ample parking for 250 guests although most of our weddings are for about 150 guests. The winery grounds are on a 10 acre parcel in a country setting, but only a few minutes drive from Arcata and Eureka. If you would like to look at a brief slideshow of our wedding events, click this link.

Because the weddings are held outdoors, we only book them from late Spring through early Fall.
